Graz Modular Space Saver Stair Kit The Graz SpaceSaver Stair Kits from Dolle The Graz kit is one of our most popular space saver staircases, produced with care and precision by the Danish manufacturer, Dolle. The design of the Graz enables the tread rise and the tread angle to be adjusted. With varnished beech multiplex treads and epoxy coated dark grey steel modular supports and tubular banister on one side, the Graz is simple and stylish. The kit is supplied with 12 treads with the top tread being set one rise down from the finished upper floor level. And the ingenious design allows for a straight flight installation or it can incorporate turns at the top and bottom of the staircase of angles up to 90 degrees. The dark grey steel tubular balustrading can be fitted on the left or right side of the stair. Featuring the alternate or paddle shaped treads, the Graz is very compact. The minimum ceiling opening for the Graz with 12 treads (13 rises) in a straight flight is 1400mm x 660mm and you can see other size and layout options below.
