Bergen Space Saving Stair Kit Bergen Spacesaver Stair Kit The Bergen Spacesaver Stair Kit is a robust, practical staircase featuring the alternate or paddle shaped treads and designed to fit into the smallest of locations. The treads fix into the stringers using the simple drilling template so that you can adjust the stair and tread angle between 60 and 62 degrees. The solid pine treads are 40mm thick and the depth is 240mm at its widest and 110mm at its narrowest. The solid pine stringers are 32mm thick and 360mm wide. The Bergen kit is available with 10 to 14 treads to suit a variety of floor to floor heights and opening sizes. More information on the Technical & Installation Downloads page. The Bergen is available in two widths - 540mm and 660mm. Other options include a quarter landing kit plus a choice of balustrade designs and handrails.
